Common questions

Can I try Pro before paying?

The free tier gives you full access to logging and the map with no time limit. Pattern analysis unlocks once you have enough data and upgrade to Pro. There's no time-limited trial — your data is yours from the first log.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

All observations and sits stay in your account. You keep everything you logged. Pattern analysis locks again until you resubscribe. Nothing is ever deleted.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Pro subscribers can export all observations and sits as CSV at any time from the Settings screen. Your data belongs to you.

Does Bield work without cell service?

Yes. Logging, map, and pattern analysis all work offline. Weather conditions backfill when you return to signal. You'll never lose a sit to a dead zone.

Is there a family or club plan?

Club mode is coming in v2. Each member needs their own Pro subscription. Club features — shared property map, coordination tools — are included in Pro when available.

Why is pricing different on Android?

It isn't. Pricing is the same across iOS, Android, and web. iOS and web subscriptions go through our payment provider; Android goes through Google Play. Same price, different rails.
